Overnight Oats-THM E

Overnight Oats-THM-E

Ingredients



·     1/3 cup old fashion oats

·     1/2 cup almond milk or milk (not THM)

·     1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

·     1 tablespoon chia seeds

·     1/2 tsp. sweet blend or 1 tsp. sugar (not THM)

·     a dash of vanilla

·     1/4 cup frozen or fresh fruit (the day you eat it)



Instructions



1. Put all of the ingredients except fruit in a pint size jar (or container of your choice).

2. Put the lid on and shake it up until all ingredients are combined.

3. Store in fridge overnight (or up to 4 days).

4. Mix in fruit the morning of the day you eat it and enjoy!
This one is a new creation also add:
1 tablespoon nut butter or 1 tablespoon defattened peanut flour
1/4 teaspoon maple flavoring
top with 1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate chips (I use THM or Lilly's)
