I upgraded to a Vivofit 3 in December 2017 and love it just as much as my first one! |
This device has helped me over the past month to stay more active! It is a Garmin vivofit tracker,
it learns your activity level and assigns a
personalized daily goal, it also displays steps, calories, distance, and
monitors sleep. If you are sitting to
long it turns red and reminds me that I need to get active. Since I
started wearing it a month ago I have completed all my steps for the day
everyday. My step goal on my vivofit tracker has changed from just under 8,000
steps per day to over 12,000 steps per day over the past month. If you have any questions about it please let

Update: Now that I have been using it for over five months I have increased my step count to over 15,000 steps per day, it is a great motivation for me!!!
